QUT Women in Business's flagship event, #SFS, is back! And this year we've teamed with AMPed QUT to make it bigger and better than ever!

This workshop and networking event is relevant to ALL INDUSTRIES and we encourage both guys & gals to come along. 

It will provide you with practical skills and knowledge on how to create a positive professional identity in the workplace.

Hayley Angell
As a Relationship Manager at CPA, Hayley is required to develop, manage and grow relationships every day. She’s a Youtuber, Podcaster, one-time Scottish TV presenter and all-round communications expert. With 12+ years experience in student and graduate development, Hayley will bring her invaluable knowledge about how to build confidence, encourage excellence and celebrate individuality through effective communication.

Marvin Fox
Marvin is the Business School Events and Student Engagement Manager at QUT. As faculty advisor of QUT Enactus, coordinator of the QUT Business Advantage Program and owner of a thriving photography business, Marvin is an expert in all things networking. He’ll share his advice on how to build long-term relationships with industry professionals to help your career progression.

Kurt Sanders
Kurt has built a strong personal brand as a Digital Content Strategist at the Content Division and co-host of the Telltale Podcast. He’s an expert in engaging audiences through his own unique characteristics and brand. Kurt will share his advice on how to shape and live your personal brand so you too can stand out from the crowd. 

Aimee McVeigh
As Director of Disability Law QLD and an Australian of the year finalist (2017), Aimee knows the importance of work-life balance. Recently, Aimee has worked as an advisor on gender perspectives to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the rights of indigenous people. She’ll share her experiences on how to balance this workload while creating space and time for herself and the people surrounding her.
